REPORT ON GK QUIZ COMPETITION 2024

There is nothing like healthy competition to foster excellence. With this in mind, Bal Bharati Public School, Solan, organized the Inter-House GK Quiz Competition on March 16, 2024 for students from grades VII to X. Such quiz competitions serve as exciting platforms to test students’ knowledge and intellect.
Such events provide students with an opportunity to showcase their intelligence and compete with their peers. It encourages them to go beyond textbook knowledge and apply learned concepts practically.
The competition consisted of four stimulating rounds covering topics such as Science and Technology, Sports, Himachal Pradesh GK, and Current Affairs. The rapid-fire round added an extra layer of excitement, engaging both participants and the audience alike.
It was heartwarming to see students brimming with enthusiasm throughout the competition. The interactive nature of the quiz, with questions for the audience as well, added to the overall enjoyment of the event.
After keenly contested rounds, Tagore House emerged as the winner. All students thoroughly enjoyed the quiz, finding it both informative and enriching.
School Headmaster congratulated the winning team and encouraged students to stay updated by reading newspapers and staying abreast of current events. The school remains committed in promoting positive competition and bringing out the best in all students through such events.
